Frequently Asked Question
No, 777Stone is strictly a premium landscape and building material supplier. We service landscape contractors, home builders, and DIY homeowners, but we do not install materials ourselves.
Operating from our established supply yard in East Gwillimbury (formerly the trusted Farmer Jack’s Sharon Yard), we maintain an extensive network of elite, local contractors. If you need a reliable installation crew for interlocking brick, high-end PVC decking, fences, or masonry work, we are happy to provide a complimentary referral to a trusted pro in your area.
We operate a dedicated fleet of heavy-duty flatbeds, boom trucks, and specialized Moffett truck-mounted forklifts to service the entire Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding regions.
Core Service Areas: East Gwillimbury, Newmarket, Markham, Richmond Hill, Aurora, and Stouffville.
Extended Regions: Bradford, Keswick, Georgina, Innisfil, Toronto, North York, and surrounding communities.
Lead Times: Standard deliveries are typically fulfilled within 1 to 2 business days. During peak spring and summer construction seasons, we highly recommend booking 2 to 4 days in advance to secure your preferred date.
For safety reasons and property protection, our standard delivery policy is Curbside or Driveway Delivery.
Bulk Deliveries: Dump trucks require significant overhead clearance to lift their beds safely, meaning we must avoid low-hanging power lines, tree branches, and roof overhangs. Because these commercial vehicles are extremely heavy, driving onto lawns or unpaved areas poses a severe risk of rutting, soil compaction, or damage to underground utilities.
Off-Road Requests: If you require a drop-off away from the driveway, the ground must be completely dry and firm, and the driver will make the final safety assessment on-site. 777Stone is not liable for property damage resulting from requested off-driveway drops.
Our aggregate yard in East Gwillimbury is fully equipped for fast, efficient, and completely paperless order pick-ups. Simply drive in, present your digital Invoice Number to our yard staff, and our heavy machinery operators will load your vehicle.
Safety Restrictions: Due to strict Ministry of Labour safety regulations regarding heavy machinery operation, we do not permit customers to hand-shovel bulk soils, mulches, or stones into personal buckets or boxes within our bulk material bins.
Pick-Up Vehicles: Bulk materials must be mechanically loaded via wheel loaders into open pickup trucks or commercial trailers. If you require smaller quantities, we stock a comprehensive inventory of neatly packaged, convenient pre-bagged materials.
Absolutely! If you provide us with the length and width of your project area, along with your desired depth/thickness, our team will use industry-standard formulas to calculate your exact material needs.
Visualizing a Yard: For bulk goods (soil, aggregates, mulch), 1 Cubic Yard is roughly equivalent to 5 to 6 full, standard wheelbarrows. When dropped on a driveway, one cubic yard occupies approximately the footprint of a single standard car parking space.
Hardscape Project Matching: If you are building an interlocking driveway or patio, we don’t just calculate the pavers. We also map out the exact requirements for your High Performance Base (HPB), bedding sand, and polymeric jointing sand (like Gator Maxx Sand) to ensure your project lasts.
Both variations are entirely normal and expected characteristics within the commercial hardscape industry:
Color Variance: Concrete pavers (such as Oaks or Brampton Brick products) and natural stones naturally vary slightly between production batches due to minor changes in raw minerals and humidity during curing. Landscape Ontario installation standards state that contractors should always draw pavers from 2 or 3 separate skids simultaneously during installation. This blends the natural variances seamlessly across your project.
Efflorescence (White Chalky Powder): This white residue is a natural occurrence called efflorescence. It happens when water-soluble salts migrate to the surface of the concrete and react with the air. It is not a product defect and does not impact the structural integrity of the stone. Efflorescence naturally wears away from outdoor weathering within a few months, but we also stock specialized efflorescence cleaners if you wish to accelerate the process.
