1. Important Delivery Notes:
Service Distinction: Dump Truck rates apply exclusively to loose, bulk aggregates, soil, and mulch. Any palletized or bagged materials requiring mechanical offloading must be delivered via Flatbed Truck Service.
Logistics Origin: All distances are calculated starting from our headquarters in Sharon / East Gwillimbury.
Right of Interpretation: 777STONE reserves the right of final interpretation for all delivery policies
2. Delivery Placement Policy
Drop-off Area: Materials will be placed or tipped/dumped at the designated front-yard or driveway area as specified in the order.
Surface Requirements: Our drivers will prioritize level, stable, and hard-packed ground to prevent damage to the delivery surface or vehicle traps.
Access Limitations: We do NOT deliver to backyards, unpaved areas, or locations where vehicle access is deemed unsafe or restricted by our drivers. For Dump Truck deliveries, please ensure there are no low-hanging tree branches, power lines, or roof overhangs above the designated dumping zone.
3. Driver Responsibilities & Special Labor
Standard Service: Drivers are responsible strictly for the safe transport and standard unloading/tipping of materials to the designated drop-off point.
Additional Labor Restrictions: Drivers do not perform manual onsite moving, unstacking, backyard transport, shoveling, wheelbarrow transport, or spreading of materials.
Custom Labor Requests: If your project strictly requires manual driver assistance or extended handling, this must be scheduled and approved at least 48 hours in advance. Such services are subject to strict driver availability and will be billed at a premium rate of $135 CAD per hour (minimum 2 hours charge). 777STONE reserves the right to refuse any on-site labor requests that are not pre-booked or are deemed unsafe.
4. Terms & Disclaimers
Right of Final Interpretation: 777STONE reserves the right of final interpretation for all delivery policies, fees, and service terms.
On-Site Safety: 777STONE reserves the right to refuse delivery to any site deemed unsafe or inaccessible by the driver. In such cases, a redelivery fee may apply.
Property Damage: While our drivers exercise extreme care, 777STONE is not responsible for damage to driveways, curbs, lawns, or underground utilities (e.g., septic systems, irrigation lines) caused by the heavy weight of the delivery vehicle or the impact of dumped bulk materials.
Wait Times: Standard delivery includes a set unloading window. Excessive delays on-site caused by the purchaser (e.g., unprepared drop-off zones, slow counting) may result in additional standby fees.
Policy Changes: All rates and policies are subject to change without prior notice.
