Return Policy
At 777STONE, we strive to ensure every project is supported by the highest quality materials. To maintain our standards of excellence and operational efficiency, the following return guidelines apply:
1. Eligibility & Timeframe
90-Day Window: All returns must be processed within 90 days of the original invoice date.
Original Condition: Materials must be returned in their original packaging and in "as-new" condition.
Unit Integrity: Products must be returned in the same format they were purchased. For example, items sold by the layer or by full cube must be returned as complete layers or full cubes.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the quality of our inventory, we cannot accept returns on:
Modified or Used Goods: Any material that has been installed, cut, glued, or altered.
Damaged Goods: Items with scratches, chips, or discoloration.
Contaminated Materials: Products that are not clean (e.g., covered in dirt, gravel, or debris).
Custom Orders: Non-stocked items, special orders, or clearance/final sale products.
Bulk Materials: Soils or aggregates once they have left the 777STONE yard.
Imported Speciality Stone: Natural stone, porcelain steps, pavers, and coping.
3. Fees & Processing
Restocking Fee: All eligible returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Stacking Requirement: If the material is stacked for return, mesh layers must be placed between pieces to prevent damage. Returns that do not meet this protection standard will not be accepted.
4. Return Procedures
Verification: All returns must be counted and approved by a 777STONE yard team member. A return slip must be completed in the yard.
Office Completion: It is the purchaser’s responsibility to bring the approved return slip to the main office to finalize the refund.
Transportation: The purchaser is responsible for transporting return items back to the 777STONE yard.
5. Pickup Services
- Pickup Fees: If you require 777STONE to pick up the materials, a pickup fee will be deducted from the final credit.
- Site Readiness: For all scheduled pickups, products must be neatly stacked, cleaned, and ready for transport.
- Driver Discretion: Our drivers reserve the right to refuse a pickup if the material is not transportable. If a driver is required to perform on-site cleanup to facilitate transport, the material will be left on-site, and a second pickup fee will be charged for a return visit.
