1. Prices of paving stones are quoted per square foot. Paving stone coverage is calculated in accordance with the 1981 Standards of the interlocking Concrete paver Committee. The calculation is biased on mould manufacturers blueprints with an allowance for sand joints of three millimeters.

2. Prices : harmonized Sales Tax, (HST) 13% EXTRA

3. Prices are F.O.B. 777 Stone yard.

4. Re-Stocking charges: where the seller agrees to accept the return of goods, these goods are subject to freight charges and 25% of the value re-stocking charge. Returned goods/ products must be in strapped sections/ layers. No returns on Special Orders and all returns MUST have proof of purchase.

5. Prices are subject to change and should be confirmed when ordering.

6. Terms are C.O.D, unless otherwise arranges. On Account terms are NET 30 DAYS from the date of the invoice and are subject to credit approval. After 30 days, interest will be charged at 2% per month of the balance owing.

7. Sales are made in accordance with the sellers samples which the purchaser has seen and approved. No guarantee of the exact colour shade is made of implied. It is recommended that when installing, you work from two or more bundles at a time in order it decrees large colour variances.

8. "Delivered" means "Delivered to the Curb Line". Any deliveries made past the curb line are the complete responsibility of the purchaser and at the risk of the purchaser.

9. The purchaser is responsible for the installation of the materials and the seller has no responsibility in this regard.

10. The seller does not accept responsibility for delays in deliveries due to fire, floods, strikes, or any other condition beyond its control.

12. The acceptance by the seller of and order shall constitute a binding contract of purchase and sale in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this agreement. All sales are final.

13. Curb and retaining wall products shipped on pallets (skids) require a deposit of $35.00 plus HST on each pallet. A credit of $35.00 plus HST is given upon the return of the pallet in good condition with purchase receipt. $25.00 plus HST is given without proof of purchase. The responsibility for the return of the pallets rests solely with the buyer.

14. Title and ownership of the goods shall not pass to the purchaser until the entire amount owing, including interest, is paid in full. In case of default by the purchaser, the seller may at anytime, without notice, enter upon the premises where the good are located, and take possession of and remove them.
